Boudicca Joseph  |  Owner / Broker Bo is our ‘head-honcho.’ Not only is Bo our fearless leader, she is a 36-year resident and a town founder of Big Water, Utah with experience on both the planning and zoning commission and the town council. Bo utilizes her experience in the real estate market to know just about everything there is to know about Lake Powell real estate. Bo has a love for the area and for her hobbies: reading, writing, and gardening.

David Joseph  |  Sales Agent / Brand Manager David is our top sales agent and office manager. Ok, so he’s the ONLY other person in the office! David does anything that requires advertising, web presence, graphic design and layout. He is Bo’s son and adds a nice ‘family’ quality to the company. David holds a Bachelors of Science in Communications with an emphasis on Advertising and Graphic Design from Southern Utah University. David enjoys reading, movies, and spending time on Lake Powell.

Formed in August of 2007, Lake Powell Properties began under the direction
and inspiration of Bo Joseph. The company first began in 1987 as
Palanquin Realty and after 20 years it
was time for a re-invention.
