Bo Joseph is a 36-year resident and a town founder of Big Water, Utah with experience on both the planning and zoning commission and the town council. A former member of the Million Dollar Club while serving as an agent with Century 21 Frontier Realty in Kanab, Bo opened the Palanquin Realty brokerage in 1987 and continues to maintain her Arizona broker’s license under that entity. Bo changed the company name to Lake Powell Properties in Utah to enhance market presence and access on the Internet in a continuing effort to promote premium customer service.

David combines his skills in sales and customer relations from numerous years in customer service with a college education in advertising, communications, and graphic design. David designed this website and he is able market his clients' properties in a number of innovative ways.
